Woodland Grove and Spirit

The woodland grove near the Long House is here seen in the dappled brilliance of high summer sunlight. It wasn't until the photograph was downloaded onto computer that we noticed the figure at the foot of the small tree in the middle of the picture. It's not a statue. What do you think? A spirit of the grove? A trick of the light?
