The Dragon's Breath

The fire-bowl that sits at the centre of the Water Dragon is a re-cycled crucible previously used to melt metal. When lit at night, the flames cast a pulsing shadow that seem like the beating of the Dragon's heart, while its fiery breath sends sparks into the sky. This view looks across the bowl between the two entrance posts that face the setting sun of midsummer. The small standing stone behind the bowl is the pointer that indicates the midsummer sunset.
