Altar of Lights

This altar, surrounded by scores of paper lanterns, was constructed in the woods at Wild Ways by a group celebrating the turning of the seasons. Others have built waterfalls of leaves and twigs, or shrines of branches and flowers. Such activities both utilise and enhance the beauty of the place while offering opportunities to reconnect with the natural world and the rich source of inspiration it contains.
